Our Policy
Due to the nature of food products, we have specific return and refund guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining product safety and compliance with Indian food safety regulations.
Returns Eligibility
We Accept Returns For:
- Damaged products during shipping
- Incorrect items shipped
- Unopened products in original packaging
- Defective packaging
- Expired products (past best-before date)
We Cannot Accept Returns For:
- Opened spice containers (as per FSSAI regulations)
- Products you simply don't like
- Change of mind purchases
- Products used partially
Return Process
- Contact Us Within 7 Days of receipt
- Provide: Order number and photos of issue
- We Will: Provide return instructions and pickup address
- Pickup: We arrange pickup for damaged/incorrect items at our cost
- Refund: Processed after quality verification
Refunds
Full Refunds Issued For:
- Damaged during shipping
- Incorrect items sent
- Defective products
- Expired products
Refund Methods:
- Original payment method (Credit Card/Debit Card/UPI)
- Bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS)
- Wallet credit for future purchases
Refund Timeline
- Processing: 2-3 business days after receipt/verification
- Bank processing: 3-7 business days
- UPI Refunds: Usually within 24 hours
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
- Different spice varieties (unopened only)
- Equal or greater value products
- Customer pays price difference and shipping if applicable
