1. Scope of Agreement
These terms govern access to this website and all commercial quotations, sample dispatches, and supply arrangements initiated with Masaliyo Spices, Morbi, Gujarat, India.
2. Quotations and Pricing
Prices quoted in our formal Commercial Proforma Invoices or RFPs reflect seasonal agricultural market dynamics. Quotations are typically valid for a specified period (typically 7 business days) unless otherwise confirmed in writing. All shipping terms follow Incoterms 2020 (FOB, CIF, CFR, or EXW).
3. Quality & Product Inspection
All agricultural products, seeds, and powders are supplied in accordance with verified commercial grades (e.g. 99% / 99.5% Sortex Cleaned). Independent pre-shipment inspection by international testing agencies (such as SGS, Geo-Chem, or equivalent) may be arranged upon buyer request and mutual agreement prior to container loading.
4. Packaging and Transit
Products are packed in export-standard seaworthy packaging (multiwall paper, PP bags with poly liners, or jute) designed to protect cargo against moisture and transit strain during sea voyage.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
All commercial contracts and inquiries shall be interpreted under the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gujarat, India.
